Hey hey ya'll!

I'm a newly diagnosed type II diabetic, 58 year old retired US Army NCO, motivated dude. It's time to get back to a more healthy version of myself of which I am more familiar. Keeping myself from an unnecessarily early departure from this earth will be a nice fringe benefit.

    @OP have you ever heard of Jocko Willink? Incredibly motivating dude, and an ex navy seal. He has this great book called "Extreme Ownership" and I think would hit home for you. Also, add me! I love motivating! LETS GOOOO!!!
