Hey everyone! B) This challenge is for all my fellow pregs who want to ensure a healthy pregnancy. Join in any time you like, and of course during any time of your pregnancy. Also, partners of pregnant people are welcome too, since I know it can be hard to watch what you eat while you’re also grabbing sandwiches for your partner at 3am. :p

I’ll start in another post. Feel free to use this template or change any part of it you like.

    How far along: 14 weeks
    Due date: 9/14/18

    Pre-preg weight: 113 lbs
    Goal gain (please talk to your doc/OB!): 25-35 lbs
    Goal end weight: 138-140 lbs
    Current weight: 121 lbs

    I just started the second trimester and I’ve already gained 7 lbs from the first. So, I’m trying to slow down the gain to make sure I’m close to target by the time birth rolls around. My nausea is thankfully gone and my energy is back up some, so it’s time for me to focus!

    Pre-preg: 158lbs
    Goal: Not sure (20lbs maybe)
    Current weight: 160

    I was doing a keto diet until the beginning of March. JUST found out I'm pregnant. I'm really wanting to focus on being healthy and active this pregnancy. So far, so good...
