Yesterday I weighed 199.8 at my official WW WI.

I'm 69 yo and cannot remember when I crossed over the 200+ Lb mark but I was probably in my twenties (1970s).

When I was 39 yo weighed 282# and lost 80# on WW and got down to 202# NEVER got close again till now.

I was into my career, my family (3 sons), enjoyed partying, drinking beer and eating whatever I wanted.
Every time I lost weight I quit whatever diet I was on and gained it back PLUS MORE! Got up to 376#

January 2013 joined WW at age 65 and lost 100# (2/15)
but I did not quit this time. I continued on and did NOT gain it back (lost only 16# in year three).
2016 Lost 37#
2017 Lost 31 so far

I'm living proof that OLD is just a number. Yes the weight comes off slower BUT it does come off!

I have changed my Lifestyle to include
Healthy eating, portion control, aqua aerobics, swimming laps, Tai Chi,'kayak lessons, walking Sadie our dog and just walking to get 10K on my Fitbit!

SW 376# (2013 age 65)
CW 199.8
GW 186? (Goal TBD with my Dr soon)

Congratulations! As a newly healthy and fit 67 year old I understand what it takes to have that kind of success! Very happy for you and it's nice for us to give other "age challenged" (lol) men and women the kind of example they need to know it can still be done...........Age really is just a number!
