Does anyone have any suggestions on how to boost your metabolism- other than general diet, exercise, etc.?

    I think the only true way to boost your metabolism is to increase your muscle mass....by exercise. Muscle burns more energy than fat, so as you replace your fat with muscle, your metabolism will increase naturally. I'm afraid there aren't any REAL shortcuts!

    Using spices like black pepper, cayenne, cinnamon, mustard.. are supposed to give metabolism a boost!

    One of my friends swears by eating 6 small meals a day. He says this trains your body to burn calories since it knows that more is coming soon.
