Every single time I work out I ALWAYS have to have a song to listen to while I'm doing it. What's yours? I currently find that I don't tire out as fast when I listen to Whatever It Takes by Imagine Dragons.

I really like instrumental music. And I gotta say, the Haikyuu soundtrack is amazing! Season 2 and season 3 are full of pumped up music that get you in the mood to work hard. ES Posthumus is also good though, they did film scores for action movies so their music has a really good escalation.

I'm usually lifting to rock/metal: "Beast" by Rob Bailey, "Through The Fire and Flames" by DragonForce, "Party Hard" by Andrew WK, etc.

When I'm running I need techno/synth/pop: Kesha is great, Avicii, and the like.

Propane Nightmares by Pendulum! Keeps me going! That or the soundtrack from Greatest Showman, Camila Cabellos album or Red Hot Chilli Peppers....my musical tastes are fairly eclectic!

Possibly the group called Heavy? One of my favourite's from them is "Short change hero."

For running, I love Volbeat - Counting On and The Devil's Bleeding Crown are both great. When I hit my wall, The Light by Disturbed or Remember the Name by Fort Minor both get me through. Also anything by Foo Fighters works for distances, and Fitz and the Tantrums Hands Clap for sprints.
