My sig says, "Don't let the things you CAN'T fix about yourself keep you from fixing the things you CAN."

So what are some things that you can't fix about yourself, and some things you can?

For example: I CAN'T fix the fact that I'm 45 years old. I CAN fix the fact that I'm 45 years old and out of shape!

What about you? What are some things you're working on? Please, let's try to keep this positive and encouraging, okay?

    Oh! I love this post.

I CAN'T fix that it took me so long to get off my lazy *kitten* and finally take care of myself ... but I CAN make sure I never go back to where I was before!

I can't fix my neck, back, and knee injuries from 8 years ago and the fact that I will always have to adjust my exercise for these.

I can fix the 15 pounds I gained last winter, and I can fix the fact that I bite my fingernails (ew).

I CAN'T fix my various joint issues, but I CAN fix my eating habits and lose weight so my joints don't hurt as much.
