I'm Calabrese so south of Amalfi. I moved to Canada when I was just under 6 years. I still speak Italian. Do you? And that would be Napolitano I presume.
Yes I speak fluently. Actually it was my minor in University but mainly because it brought up my GPA. My dialect in fact is very similar to Napolitano but not the same. I moved to Canada when I was merely 3 years old.
