what to eat

I just started today and i already go over 600 calorie. i don't have a clue what to eat.... any help out there?????

    You're able to consume, whatever you always've but it must be a less amount, than prior! It isn't what you're consuming that's the issue, it's that you're consuming too much of it!

    Have some water and some light crackers. Then fruit.

    A good strength training program will help develop muscle, to make pushing away from the table easier.

    If you want to lose badly enough you will put the fork down. Drink water, it helps. Also get busy doing something - that'll take your mind off it.
