what to eat

I just started today and i already go over 600 calorie. i don't have a clue what to eat.... any help out there?????

You're able to consume, whatever you always've but it must be a less amount, than prior! It isn't what you're consuming that's the issue, it's that you're consuming too much of it!1

Have some water and some light crackers. Then fruit.0

A good strength training program will help develop muscle, to make pushing away from the table easier.0 -

If you want to lose badly enough you will put the fork down. Drink water, it helps. Also get busy doing something - that'll take your mind off it.0
