I am 38 years and I am the mother of 3 boys after my last pregnancy it has been tough to loose the weight. However, I am ready to tackle this because I need to feel more energized! Let’s get this done!

    You got this! I'm 24 with three kids but 2 boys and one girl. After my last I just couldn't get the weight off. I've made up my mind I'm going to stick to my diet and lose this weight! I'm from Nc also.
