Hi everybody! Just wanted to introduce myself to the group. My name is Ana and I have been on this site for some months now but this is the first time posting anything.

I am currently trying to lose at least 35 pounds but would like to lose 55. I was doing P90X but found it made more tired than energetic, Hip-Hop Abs was fun but saw no real results and now I am doing Zumba Exhilarate & Ripped. I started last month but had to skip a couple of days due to being too tired or two busy (have a husband and 3 kids all under 10!). I had lost 6 pounds in like 10 days but ended up gaining it back because of some of the things I was eating.

I cut back on what and how much I eat but lost only 3 pounds. I think I hit a plateau because even though I eat less and workout everyday I am not getting any smaller.

Anyone have this problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
