what new (or not-so-new) product or recipe have you been going back to a lot lately?
Could be something you found on the shelves, or whipped up yourself.
for me it's been 1/2 a bag of spinach/spring salad greens with a few tablespoons of light raspberry vinaigrette and 1/4 cup of crumbled feta- you could even throw in some dried cranberries or candied nuts to switch it up. It's amazing for something so simple.

Pancake made with mashed ripe banana, egg and a half scoop of whey protein powder smeared with peanut butter. I was eating this for breakfast everyday a few years ago and then I kind of got off of it, but I recently made it again and remembered how good and easy it is. I roll it up and eat it in my car on the way to work.0

Yum. I do this with a spoon of lemon curd and raspberries and it is such a good combo. I will have to try the lemon protein powder for an added bonus. Sounds great!0
