Hello, I am looking for mfp friends who have similar goals and circumstances. I am a 25 year old female and have previously lost weight before on the site. I lost the login to my old account and so have just created a new one. I found that the community support was really helpful in keeping motivated and accountable and so I am looking for friends that would like to provide mutual support. I struggle with depression and anxiety and have used food as a coping mechanism and have gained all of the weight back and more. I work full time and go to school part time so I have a fairly busy and stressful lifestyle which also impacts my ability to manage my weight. I am looking to lose around 100 lbs in a safe and healthy way at around a loss of 1.5-2 lbs per week through focusing on healthy eating and working back into a good exercise routine. I eat a mostly vegetarian diet but also eat dairy and fish. My diary is public and I am hoping to find friends who also have public diaries for accountability and sharing meal ideas. I am getting married in about a year and a half and want to feel comfortable and confident and look my best on my wedding day. Please feel free to add me :)

Hi, 31 (almost) and looking to lose 150lbs. The support is such a huge part of success on MFP - would love to both give and get some. Fair warning, though - I'm on keto, so my diary is gonna look weeeeeird as Hell to most.

If you're looking for support, and maybe some fun challenges to get to your goal, you should really think about joining our Fat2Fit challenge. It's a great group, divided into several teams, all supporting each other in their weight loss goals without judgement. I've been part of this group since November and it's really helped me stay on track. I've lost about 44 lbs since November.

    Hope to see you there!

    Hello ,

I will do this with you if you want to add me. I also need to lose about 100 pounds. And hopefully be under 200 by this December. I also just started Keto.
