Hello what kind of food do you guys eat that are high in protein seems like I can’t never reach my goal in food thanks in advanc

Cottage cheese and greek yogurt are my big sources. Lots of lean protein without going heavy on the calories.

cottage cheese
nut butters

Greek yogurt
I usually finish the night off with a protein bar if I'm still under my protein goal0 -

OP, how high do you have your protein set? I'm always trying to find ways to keep it down.

I look for ways to add protein to my regular foods - more lean meat on sandwiches, add chicken to things like pasta sauce, more beans on salads, etc.
I also add protein powder or nonfat dry milk powder to my morning oatmeal - that alone usually means I hit my protein goal by the end of the day.0 -
chicken, ground turkey, greek yogurt are my sources of protein this week. I usually don't have any problems eat 80+ grams a day.0

I have a protein shake for breakfast and I’m a meat eater (I have meat with every meal) so I don’t have issues getting enough protein. I also try to pick something with decent protein for my afternoon snack like cottage cheese or tuna salad with crackers. Personally I think Greek yogurt is disgusting.0
