Log weight - how often?

Hi guys

Just curious how often any of you log your weight on mfp? I weigh daily mostly just to keep myself motivated, but log once week on same day or day before if I’m not going to be able to on my chosen day. So Judy wondering how everyone else does it.

    I'm the same as you. I weigh and log on fitbit every day and record once a week, on Friday, on MFP. I like to see the overall trend in fitbit.

    So you log your weigh daily on Fitbit? Doesn’t it sync over to mfp?

    I weigh daily, put the data into my Samsung health app which syncs with MFP.

    I always waited until i was under the next 5 lb down mark consistently for a few days. It made it easier mentally on me to see i lose 5 pounds in X-chunk of time vs this week im up this week im down Etc Etc. I still have solid info to look at, I forget the numbers but there was a definite pattern in how long it took so im happy with my way.
