Help needed to achieve my goals.

Hi all
I'm trying to change my life forever. Over the years I have lost and gained weight but this time is different because I am more mentally prepared than ever. This historically has been my problem because it is mentally and my attitude that has let me down.

The goal is to lose 60lbs in weight at the same time increase my firness levels as I do it. I want to build muscle and tone at the same time. Im asking for help in achieving this, i need friends to suggest workout routines that incorporate fittness and weights, at the same time checking in with me to ensure that I'm going to the gym and how I'm doing, through the ups and downs

If there is anybody else on a similar journey I'm offering my support and motivation as well.

    Look at the Jefit app. There are a bunch of different workouts on it.
