Welcome to My Fitness Pal. I started using this to track calories and exercise in 2011. It really helps.1

How are you doing with the food tracking?
Are you staying within your calorie goal?
Are you studying your Food page at the end of the day to see how to improve tomorrow? Are you noticing how some foods (like sweets and breads and cereal and chips) cause MORE hunger?
Just make small changes when you can. Eventually they add up. A Dietician is a good idea, but this is still down to you learning to eat well and within your calories. Getting enough fat and protein. Eating vegetables and whole fruits.
Good luck! I joined in 2007, lost my weight and have kept it off by doing the above.1 -
Thanks cmriverside for the advice0
