Just started with MFP. . .

I am excited about logging in and MFP has so far made it easy to do. How I see it, I have 3 problems - 1. I love food! I love to cook, I love chocolate, I love wine, I love peanut butter (which I think I found out recently is my downfall)! 2. Portion control - I have none! 3. Probably the biggest I eat when I am stressed, depressed, overwhelmed, feel sorry for myself, etc. I have had success with WW and I remember the day I decided to do it - it was like a lightbulb - haven't had that feeling, so I know it's not going to be as easy - but I know I need to do something. I lost 70 lbs at that time but was 20 years younger. Since then, got married, had two kids, got divorced, started working full time - have gained back twice as much. Not doing much exercising right now because of many reasons. Recently lost 20 lbs - gained 10 back - I feel like it is the freshman 15 because I started a new job. Not ready for people to see my "progress" so I'm not friending anyone yet. I hear a lot about motivation but I want to hear what works for the psyche? Thanks for listening!

    When you do start friending ppl, pls feel free to add me. I normally don't view the dairies, just the news feed. Hope you see the positive results you are seeking.
