    I see. My suggestion will still be the same.

    If your body says it is older than you, then work out actively in such a way that you will feel as young and strong physically as you are in your mind

    37 here, but my mind still thinks I’m at least a decade younger while my back and knees say I’m more like 80 some days.

    I’m in bed by 10 most nights. I’m told my sense of humor is inappropriate and I rarely understand people’s actions so sometimes I seem grumpy.
