Mom Dieting!

I am 21 years old and I have a 1 year old at home. In the last month I gained all my pregnancy weight I worked off back (20lbs) in the last month, my goal is to get it back off and continue my journey from there to my goal of 160 or 170. It’s hard to keep it up but I am determined to stay active for my daughter so we can do things together! Here’s to a journey I’m picking back up!
