Maybe put some specifics out there. Are you looking for snacks, meals or entrees etc?

    What have you been eating?
    What are your goals.

I eat pretty low carb, but here are some of my favorites:
-Greek yogurt (plain or with raspberries)
-cottage cheeese with salsa verde, eaten with celery
-Peanut Butter. While I usually weigh it to verify, I can use a teaspoon to scoop out a perfect tablespoon every time :)
-Nuts of all kinds (again, I weigh them in order to not over eat them)
-roasted vegetables. Even kids tend to eat their veggies when they are oven roasted or grilled. I like mine carmelized
    -Meatloaf
    -Seared boneless lamb chops
-One bag of cabbage, one onion, two pounds of ground meat. Season with taco seasonings OR soy sauce, ginger and a touch of maple syrup OR add relish, mayo and tomato sauce for a Big Mac flavor
-Meatballs, sauteed veggies and marinara sauce
    -Salmon and broccoli.
-Kale salad mix with smoked salmon or left over lamb (I can barely tolerate the kale mix with drier meats like chicken breast, but it is OK if you add the dressing)
-Red cabbage, chicken breast, feta or goat cheese salad

i am a picky eater and i found the runners world cookbook to be excellent squeezing as much nutrition out of each calorie.
i have a large amount of cookbooks and sometimes make it a game. blindly grab a book, blindly pick a page. try something new
and i cook ahead so i just need to defrost during the week
