Hi, my name is Tisa and I am trying to lose 5-10lbs and maintain it. My current weight is 124lbs at a height of 5'2" . Looking forward to motivation from fellow members! :)

I gain weight easily but I try to maintain a healthy eating habit as best as I can. I jog three days per week and do crunches and sit ups at other times. Sadly, I cannot seem to lose those extra inches. I would like advice on maintaining a healthy diet and getting fit so that I don't tire easily. Please and thank you.
