Question about adjusting macros daily

I have a set of macros that have been laid out based on the level of activity I'm doing that day. I have rest days, HIIT days and running days (low intensity for longer durations). But I don't always do them on the same day every week - a lot of time it has to be adjusted due to work, kids, etc. I can see in MFP where you can set daily goals for your macros but it looks like those would be set up to be the same each week. I'm wondering if going in daily when I know what work out I will do and adjust the macros at the time would be the best way to do this? But if I do that, does it change my settings for the previous days? I don't want to lose track of the days that I have already logged so I can see how often I've hit my macros over time. Does this make any sense?

It will change your settings for previous days.

I'm not sure, but I think Premium gives you more options for personalized settings, not sure if it would be a solution for your situation or not.

Maybe you could put each day's macro section in the notes section of your diary, and just ignore the MFP goal numbers and green and red "differentials" in the diary.

Use a smart watch that connects to mfp or enter your workouts in manually
