Elder Person

Any advice on how to restart exercising? I have a stiff back and pain in my feet sometimes, but I still work as a teacher. I stand and walk a lot at work. I have a YMCA membership but have not used in all winter. I am apprehensive of exercising and getting into muscle pain.

    Just go at your own pace. No need to injure yourself. Treadmill, elliptical, AMT trainer are all great exercise.

    how about the recumbent bike? maybe that could work for you or perhaps swimming?

    We have a lot in common it seems. I am an elder teacher too who is just starting exercise. And clean eating :):)
