DIY pull up bar

I am thinking to build a DIY pull up bar using a galvanised pipe and some wooden posts, the only problem is that my garden is not suitable (my second half won't let me fit something that is visible), but by the side of my shed i got this concreted area that is hidden. If I use the following post bases (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/5-9-150MM-GALVANISED-BOLT-DOWN-BOLT-GRIP-FENCE-POST-SUPPORT-TIMBER-HOLDER/142527042862?_trkparms=aid=222007&algo=SIM.MBE&ao=1&asc=20160908110712&meid=6bd16d898a34478fa23b21eb75b89b8a&pid=100677&rk=14&rkt=30&sd=131897806410&itm=142527042862&_trksid=p2385738.c100677.m4598), bolted to the concrete base, could anyone tell me if it would work (i weight around 77kg)? TIA

Probably not for long unless you brace it from the sides. Ideally you'll want a couple feet of post into the ground.0

Can you attach the posts to the shed? That might work in conjunction with the post bases.0

Thank you both, that's what i thought. I will have to check how strong the shed side is. Shame if I can't.0

Can't beat a good old fashioned A-frame. It's not permanent and it's easy to dismantle if you want to move it.6 -
Here's a site with various pipe fittings that could be useful if you decide to design your frame yourself.

Thanks, but I am UK based, still worth having a look. My wife actually gave me the go ahead to go on the other side of our shed. It's about 1.50m by 3.50m, so I think that it's enough to setup a pull up bar and parallel bar too!!! I need to find some very good plan and really put my thinking hat on, I don't want to rush (as I usually do) and do a bad job of it.0 -
Sorry, I meant the area that I have to build the apparatus is 1.50m by 3.50m, so enough room to do it0
