Im confused i don't know what i should set my macros too? I want to lose a stone and a half.

Set them any way you want. If you don't know what you want them to be, at least start with the default. You don't even have to track macros if you don't want to, or have any compelling reasons, like health concern or fitness goals. You lose weight when you stick to the calorie goal MFP gave you.2

MFP macros are fine to start with, then you can tweak for satiety if you wish.

Maybe i will give macros a miss as i am getting a bit obsessed by them!1
