How do I set up MFP for tracking Net Carbs? Do I just have to track Carbs and Fiber and do the math myself OR.... is there an easier way on MFP? Appreciate any help!

With the basic app you just have to do the math. I don’t know if the premium membership has a feature for net carbs or not.

The premium feature does not help with net carbs.

Just track Carbs and Fiber and do the math or use/make net carb entries. Because of the international spread of members and data, there is no way for MFP to accurately calculate net carbs. Some countries already list their carbs as net so any automatic calculation for those would double count the fiber.

The premium does show net calories if that helps.

It's easier to do the math if you add a custom column for fiber next to the carbs column using settings.

Use net carb entries. There are many - if you can't find one, create one!

It never has. Only if you use database entries that specify net carbs.

Calories... Not carbs. Not sure how net calories would help though

Ugh, I've been traveling all week so my brain is incompatible with reading comprehension right now. Not to mention net calories are available for free.

You can load a plugin for your browser to run with myfitnesspal which will then track net carbs and will automatically minus off the fiber from the carbs to give you your net carbs.

    Here ya go:
