Fit Bit Connected but Not Syncing

I connected my Fit Bit app to MFP a few days ago and for the last 3 days My steps that are on Fit Bit are not syncing to MFP. I have tried loggging out of both apps ans logging back in that didn't fix the problem. I also tried disconnecting and re connecting the apps a number of times. How.Do I fix It so the steps sync? Fit Bit shows under connected apps on MFP, so I don't know why the steps are not syncing over.

If MFP and Fitbit are synced but you are not seeing Fitbit steps, on the MFP mobile app go to Menu > Steps, or on the web version go to APPS > Steps, and make sure Fitbit Tracker is selected as the Step Source.

I have the same issue and my steps are linked to the fit bit app.. it was working fine til today. Ive tried deleting and re adding each app and still nothing0

Mine doesn't work either in the app. I've tried to disconnect and reconnect the apps in the webpage, and this way it syncs - bot not in the phone. Hope they solve the issue soon.0

Mine was working fine after last time but now again it is not syncing0

Mine was doing this today so I unlinked it from Fitbit and MFP, linked it back again and it worked.

Mine is off again ... this happens a lot - yesterday I had half my steps then stopped ... today it won’t even add any .... ugh... I hate this0

I had to disconnect on fitbit and mfp and then reconnect and synch It is working now

Mine also stopped working 18 steps in this morning... annoying!0

This is a free app, so I'm trying really hard not to complain...but this is the third time in a month this has happened. I need it to connect again0
