There is no way to guarantee any method would work. The only time I have ever lost close to that was when I had a nasty virus.
The vast majority would be water weight, and therefore only helpful for a one time weigh in.
Please take care of yourself, not a number on the scale.5 -

What’s the sport? As part of your training regimen for whatever sporting event you’re preparing for, didn’t you factor in the weight requirements as well? Or are you taking the other preparations as casually as you are the weight component? Did you wait till this week to begin training for it? Why would you wait till this week to consider what you need to do for the weigh in? And have you also considered that to achieve that dramatic weight loss you’d likely compromise other physical factors?17

You will not lose 7 lbs of fat in a week through diet or exercise. Any plan that promises that is not really a good sustainable plan. To lose 7 lbs you should set a goal of not more than 1 lb a week and eat the calories MFP tell you. Give your loss time and you have a better chance of succeeding and sustaining the loss.
You might temporarily lose some water weight if you lower your carb and sodium intake and drink water or eat watery things though. It won't necessarily last longer than a week or two and you might not drop 7 lbs.

I did it this past week, but that was because I had surgery a week ago Thursday and it took about that long to shed the post-surgery water weight. Otherwise... not happening.2 -

If you crash diet for a week then your performance at your "sport event" will be severely compromised - not a good idea.
You can manipulate few pounds of water weight (that might have a performance impact too) but probably not 7lbs.

If you don't eat enough calories to fuel your sport endeavor and your body's basic functions, you probably will have a poor performance. Crash diets can truly make you crash.
Like others have said, It is too late to safely lose the weight you feel you need to lose. You would be better off health wise not dieting this time around.2 -

if its for a sporting event then cant the OP just follow any weight drop plan on any boxing website designed to shed up to 10lbs of water weight in order to throw the scales ... performance wont be harmed otherwise boxers would not do it and on the actual day of the fight they will be back to the normal weight as well ?5

Be in a sustainable deficit, like 1lb/week. You might be lucky in the sense that you'll lose more pounds this week, but It will just be water weight.0

if you are a fighter this should be stuff you know as part of your training/program/regimen.9

I agree with the water cut. There are various protocols online, and 7 lbs in 1 week is reasonably do-able. Recognize that your performance may be altered negatively, and prepare yourself for that.
Good luck! If you have a coach/support team, be sure to talk the game plan over with them. They might have some good tips/experience worth learning.3 -

Make sure you have enough time to recover post weigh in.
Wrestling and boxing weigh in water weight manipulation is probably similar to what you're looking for.2 -

If you're trying to make weight for a fight, I'd think your coach could help with that. Most people I know who have to make weight cut carbs to reduce water weight.2 -
I don't know if it's possible...Been on low carb diet for 2 weeks and lost 1kg so losing 3kg in a week ? I don't recommend it. I still have 7 more kilos to lose and I'm giving myself 3 or 4 months to be 46kg. Maybe try it another time ? You should do it healthily, you don't want to lose that much weight to have it all back in a few days...2

I can't help but wonder if OP is having a difficult time fitting Easter eggs into her diet.
OP, are you trying to make weight? Water shift will be the only way to make that kind of loss. It won't be fat loss and it won't be permanent loss. As others have mentioned, it will be tough, could impact your performance, and can cause health complications.4
