How Do You Get Through Monday @ The GYM?

I am a very dedicated lifter. I stretch, lift and do cardio daily for upwards of 3-hours, and I love it. But Mondays are so brutally packed at my gym that I always dread it. How do you deal? I feel like every time I attempt a Monday lift I end up leaving in frustration...and then coming back in frustration when it's 10PM and people are still in lines for machines or racks. What is your go-to way of dealing with peak days or hours at the gym?

I sort of plan around the people at my gym, Even though I go between 6-8 am every morning some mornings i know like sunday and monday are still full. I know from time going and paying attention the regulars and where they will be when. So i plan ahead, Monday morning before work i go into the studio and just focus on deep stretches and body weight exercises. Good start to my week and i dont need to fight anyone. And obviously going early morning helps to lol. Sort of just need to take time learn your gym and figure out a way to fit it into the schedule you have. Or just deal with packed i guess i refused to so i went from night owl to morning riser, Even though it sucks to go to the gym lift heavy things and then go move furniture for hours and hours, I refuse to fight for mchines :p

Or make Monday your rest day! I am always soooo tired on Mondays that I usually skip the gym/workout and go on Sunday instead to make up for it! Not to sound too much like Garfield but.. I hate Mondays  haha

Monday is my rest day too, haha. And if I go it will normally be around 15-17 when most people (here) are having lunch or working

The only thing worse than Mondays at the gym is Mondays at the gym in January (New Year resolutes). There is no solution.

Monday is one of my rest days for this very reason...not to mention, it's Monday and I'm not a fan.

Sunday is my favorite day in the gym...it's usually just me.

4:30 a.m. And even then it's busier than other days.

Funny, Mondays at my gym don't seem that bad. Come Wednesday or Thursday, however, and it gets packed. I do my best to be flexible on those days and either end up doing a modified exercise, or change up the order so I can get on something I need.

Unfortunately my gym doesn't open by 5 am, and there's already people waiting to get in. Pretty dedicated crowd in the mornings, so it's usually the same faces, but they honestly could stand to double the space they have as it gets rather crowded. I'd hate to see what it's like during peak hours like after work!

I usually do a lot of math, trying to fit in the most important stuff, and don't worry too much if I end up having to skip a step or two. After all, even a shortened workout is better than none.

I ended up getting in my whole heavy leg day - aside from DL's - but surprisingly not because the bar was occupied. I guess all those spring time newcomers are dwindling off. Come evening it will 100% be packed beyond belief though.
