I'm currently breastfeeding my 4mo and desperately want to loose weight. What are some good workouts? I'm a beginner and don't want to over do it.

Walking is great, and you can do it with your baby

Like @TavistockToad suggested, walking is great and a great gateway to jogging/running as you progress(which you can also do with a stroller). If you're interested in resistance training, bodyweight exercises can be a great way to get started. There are a vast number of free routines you find online. Youtube can also be a good resource for yoga videos and other guided workouts; my wife has found a number of yoga-for-runners videos she enjoys.

Fitness Blender is a website that has a ton of workout videos for beginner to intermediate ranges and requires little or no equipment.

Walking is great! You can do some isometric exercises that will help tone your muscles like planking. Just ease into it, you definitely don’t want to work so hard that your muscles get sore as it can affect your supply. I tried to jump back into CrossFit after having my third and I gave up because it was affecting my milk.

I recall that it is very hard to fit in exercise with a newborn-- even for parent #2. But, you don't have to workout all that long to get significant benefit: 10-20 minutes a day can be very effective. Then get some sleep!

You can scope out videos of various duration and type on the Popfitness Youtube channel. Then be ready to leap into action the moment your baby falls asleep!

    Best of luck!
