Found this on Pinterest! Started Thursday 4/26/2018 and have already lost 7.2lbs. Not really dieting just portioning and maybe a hour of exercise to start my day! Currently am 252 with a goal weight of 138 by the end of this year!!!

    Hi @concordancia haven’t seen the advanced version! I had came across this one trying to find something simple I can build on since I’m currently out of shape.

    Looks like a good way to get started working out. If you really wanted to make it harder try doing supersets or giant sets. Take two or three of the workouts and complete the entire rep range for each workout with no rest between workouts. Try going for two or three rounds with that workout with minimal rest between sets. Get creative and have fun!
