Uk based keto beginner looking for help on setting this app up correctly for a start! I week in - no struggles with feeling hungry, perhaps even undereating....But a long way to go!

I've heard of keto described as "Atkins on steroids." I'm no expert though. I'm on day 5 of keto and it's going very well.0
