Hey MFP. I don’t need to tell you that June is 31 days away ☺️. I’m looking for one person who is energized, on track, and interested in daily check ins to achieve May fitness goals. If there are multiple responses—Partner with each other! Let’s DO this.

Daily Check-Ins, accountability, and May goals! I'm In!! Good Grief I need a kick in butt - mainly on the weekends! I lose my mind a little on the food/drinking side of the weekends! I'm better than I used to be so I'm making progress .... but I would really like to feel good about myself this summer! Let's Do This!!

What are your best tips for the weekends? -
You don't have to celebrate every weekend and just b/c it is the wknd doesn't mean you have to use food/drinking as your "fun"...you can have fun without it!

I plan to workout 5 days a week!

I need this so bad, great idea! Feel free to message me, I am messaging some of the above posters too.
May fitness goals: Cardio 3x/week, Strength train 1x/week, Yoga 1x/week. I always skip out running on weekends and I need some encouragement!
May food goals: Meal prep every week, stay within calorie goals on weekends, don't drink my calories! AND eat more veggies/drink enough water.
I love cooking and would be happy to share recipes, I try to keep in a lowish budget and I am pescetarian (no meat, just fish).0 -
