45 lbs in 8 weeks. I feel a lot better. There is a TON of work to be done still but I just wanted to show that you can start to change your life for the better in a relatively short amount of time.

Come join me on my journey if you’d like. I enjoy the support and supporting others. I hope everyone is finding the strength and energy they need to overcome their fitness obstacles.

Best

@Aswennu yes I am. I weigh and log everything. I enjoy lifting weights and incorporate some form of cardio daily. I alternate between sprints or other HIIT cardio and steady state cardio depending what my body is telling me.

Nice! I'm lifting and walking (running is too hard for me right now-due to a combination of being so heavy and having ankle surgery). You're progress really is amazing! Thanks for inspiring me today : D

One thing I learned in this journey is to make your success and progress your own. You’re doing great! Remember when you get discouraged that there is no reason to compare your progress to anyone else’s.

There is no reason to compare the sun and the moon. They both shine when it is their time.

Keep up the good work my friend.
