Why do you want to severely restrict carbs?1

if you don't eat any carbs that means you're basically only eating meat... not a healthy diet1

Do you not eat any vegetables or fruit?0

Any level of carbohydrates is okay to eat. I would question why you would want to live on nothing but meat and fat, though.0

i eat a lot of vegetables with meat and fish. I restrict totally rice, potatoes and bread.9

my question is is there a minimum level of carbs that you should eat. Is eating too few carbs a problem.0

Yes. Fruit and vegetables are mainly carbs. If you eat no carbs, that means eating no fruit and vegetables.
So you should eat at least as many carbs every day as are in five portions of fruit and vegetables.
Is there a particular reason you’re trying to avoid carbs?0 -
ok thanks0

Its not always a question on whether something is necessary but rather what is the optimal amount of carbs to support your goals. For me, that is 250g +. Others its less.2

Difference is simple carbs to complex carbs. Eats lots of vegetables and fruit and you should do fine. Micro nutrients.9

I wouldn't want a life without carbs.
I good burger or hand made pizza is one of my treats now and again.3 -
