New friends wanted to help motivate (WANT TO SLOWLY INCREASE MY 5k runs to 10ks)

Hi I’m a 44 year old male living in north london

Been training for the last few weeks after a 7 month rest from a small injury .. (just getting back into the gym)
I do nothing other than (cardio) run (when going to the gym) and I am slowly building myself back up to a little fitness whilst managing running 5ks a time in just over 35mins going 2/3 times a week...now feel I can push on to the next level
Looking for some interaction and fun to help me motivate myself and ideally start to slowly increase from 5k runs to 10k runs .... so far I have been very introverted in my training since getting back 2 the gym and I think some people/friends at the same level may give me that little push and inspiration I need to keep going....
