Hi everyone, just wondering what excercises people do to get rid of their “mummy tummy” I’ve been going to the gym since January and have seen changes everywhere else but just can’t seem to get rid of my tummy. Looking for any tips or excercise that people have found that’s helped.

You can't really spot reduce one area, unfortunately. You will see results in over all appearance but not in one specific place at a time. Best thing to do is keep on doing what you already are.0

@malibu927 nailed it and gave the best reference for this. A nice tummy is made in the kitchen not the gym. This is sort of the last piece to fall into place when going through the weight loss transformation, and its why its so desirable is because its the hardest to get. If it were easy we'd all have great stomachs/abs but alas we don't... yet!
You can do exercises to firm and tone the muscles underneath then when the layer of fat starts coming off you'll have something to show off.2 -
HIIT worked really well for me, combined with diet of course1

80% diet, 20% exercise. If you're talking about loose skin though, not a lot can be done short of a tummy tuck.3
