Whole in 30 success

I completed my first round of Whole in 30..over all 11.8lbs lost..moving onto round 2..goal is to lose 130lbs total.

    No..why because everything they have cut out I am either allergic or sensitive to. I am making this a lifestyle change. Down 14.2 as of this last weighin.

    I don't want to rain on your parade, but its called the whole 30 as you are only meant to do it for 30 days. As it is so so restrictive! I had great success with doing a whole 30 a few years ago, and still do a modified version when I feel like I'm getting a bit wobbly, but its meant to be a spring board to encourage you to eat better
