27lbs in 1 month!

1 month and 1 day ago was Easter. After seeing myself in a photo with the family I was motivated to never look like that again. The next day I started keto and have been very strict with it this first month. I have been researching keto but wasn't sure if I could/wanted to do it until I saw that picture. The next day I started and after about a week I started intermittent fasting as well. I am now eating one meal a day (still getting my cal. Goal and my nutrition) and I find it very easy. Ketosis really does help keep the cravings and hunger away! I hopped on the scale this morning and I was 280lbs for a loss of 27lbs in one month!
