Gidday, thought I should start with that as I am Australian :) Have just joined up this week and feeling a bit daunted about the whole thing. I am 46 and the biggest I have ever been in my life (97Kg) :( . Have got myself a personal trainer this week and have been to a workout on Wed and am feeling really, really tired and sore, have another session tonight, went for an hour walk yesterday (Thurs). Have been really good with the eating this week, the diary is extremelly helpful in making me aware of what I am eating and am loving the bar code scanner thingy. Anyway thought I would say hi as have been reading the topics and finding everyone very helpful and encouraging, nice to know not the only one.

    Hello fellow Aussie.
Well you've taken the first step, good for you. I am sure you will get all the encouragement and support you need here and with your personal trainer. Like you I I am also at my heaviest (88.2kg) and thought it was about time I got serious and did something about it.
Keep me posted on how you are going.
