Hi all, I am new here; it's been 3 weeks and I've lost 8.5 kilos (which I'm pretty happy about!) But I was wondering, when I enter a new weight into the system does it automatically re-calculate how many kilojoules I should be eating daily or is this something I have to do myself? Thanks

It does after 2.2 kg lost, otherwise the eating goal value hasn't changed enough to be meaningful.
You'll get a pop up asking if you want to reset your goal.0 -
Cool, thanks.0
