Hi everyone, I started my lifestyle change in January and I’m nearly 2 stone lighter. My problem is that my weight loss has really slowed down, I’m still losing but only half a pound a week. I’m struggling but I’ve still got 3 stone to go!!
Does anyone have any tips to give me a bit of a kick start??

    Have you adjusted your calorie goals during this time? You lost 2 stone (which my converter says is more than 10kg, congrats!), so you have that much less mass to maintain, meaning you need less calories.

    0.5lbs a week is still a great, steady pace. Keep up the good work!

    also, sharpen your pencil on your calorie consumption. It's easy to start rounding up on portions, all of a sudden you are eating a lot more than you thought/logged.
