As many of you know Summer is fast approaching! We've all heard the term "summer bodies" and while I know we should hope to maintain our bodies far after the summer, I thought this would be a cute Challenge!

I actually typed in exactly what my rewards are (i.e. pool float, yeti tumbler, ...) in my sheet but on here it just says reward so you can fill yours in too. I will say this, none of my rewards are food. I already have a cheat day implemented in my diet so I don't really need to reward myself with food.
You can also change the rules up to fit your needs. This sheet is completely editable.

My name is Amanda, I have been sitting stagnant at about the same weight since my son was born 2.5 years ago. I was diagnosed with an under active thyroid (hypothyroidism) September 2017, but was having symptoms long before that. My health habits have fluctuated over the last couple years, I am getting on track and staying on track.
