    I've done pretty well this week. But I always start out strong. It's amazing to see how many calories and carbs are in some foods! Thanks for the encouragement!!

    What I am doing very often is planning my meals ahead. I fill in all my food in the morning or even night before. Then I know how many calories I am having for a day left or I am going over.

    I struggle too but I think it’s making it a habit then eventually you will log everything without even thinking about it

    The more you do it the more it becomes habit and the u will get to the point when things you eat regularly you will know roughly what they are so if u miss the logging it’s no big deal
