Low carb versus low calorie

I recently lost 17 pounds on low carb (not keto) diet (over 6 mo). I have now hit a plateau for about 6 weeks, although I have stayed within my calorie limit. Would It be okay to switch from low carb to low calorie to start losing again.

    How are you measuring those calories? Are you using a food scale? What are your stats?

    Age, height, weight, how many pounds you're trying to lose, activity level.

    The use of measuring cups is a very common feature in all the posts from people not getting the expected results....

    Cups measure volume not weight and calories are in relation to the weight of your food. Use your scale and ditch the cups.
