Hi I'm Vick! I've been trying (and even logging) for 4 years! Ultimately I've gained 20 pounds since starting. And many yo-yo attempts later, I think I've figured out how to maintain weight loss. I don't expect such a steep loss (40 lbs as listed below) but I think it's better to set unrealistic goals sometimes and continually strive for them than be too lax and thinking the goal is easy. But if I could get down to 175 again by then, I'd be down to what I weighed last year at the start of summer.
