Weird weight fluctuation possibly and most likely water or food weight

So ive been eating oatmeal fruits and lots of fiberous foods and drank lots of water well decent amount and had little sodium and about 3 or 4 days ago ive been 157 pounds continuously for the week before the past 4 days as well but ever since 4 days ago, my weight stalled at 160 every end of my workout. Ive been pushing myself like everytime and sweating but it just stays at 160. And referring to how i eat lots of fiberous foods limit salt and eat fruit, i cant seem to poop(lol) sometimes not even once a day and if im lucky i do it once but its legit as small as those fake poop toys. I know im overstressing but thats just how i am and i would really like a legitamate answer to my concerning question. This is also because im worried that all that food weight that i carry will become excess stool and Elvis Presley died from excess stool so im concerned for that but also just to get rid of that 10-20 pounds of unnecessary poop just sitting in my body. Please help

You don't mention any fat intake. You also don't mention what your overall intake is. Fat helps keep it moving, but if you are trying to subsist on one serving of oatmeal and teo of fruit, there isn't much to move.7 -
Didn't Elvis also have a genetic condition that caused bowel paralysis? Do you have a similar condition that would be of concern?
It's not uncommon for some people to go only once every few days and it's not unhealthy unless there are other symptoms. If it's becoming an issue in other ways, you should check with your doctor to see if there's an underlying issue that needs to be treated.4 -

Polyunsaturated or saturated or other? And can you list some? Because i am eating plenty amounts of peanuts and i am also in a caloric deficit if that helps0 -
I think you should see a doctor and make the doctor aware of your various concerns8

Elvis died of something that almost killed my father and did kill also one of my fathers' cousins. It wasn't an over-full bladder, but rather a hemorrhage of a blood vessel in the wall of the bladder. The poop doesn't cause it.
Now, you've changed your diet in a way that increased fiber. There are 2 kinds of fiber. You need both kinds.
They are soluble and non-soluble. When you have too high a ratio of non-soluble to soluble fiber, your gut slows the pace of peristalsis moving things along. It gets slow and may take a couple of days to find the exit.
Chia seeds are a quick and easy way to get a bunch of extra soluble fiber. I add 10 g of chia seeds to my pizza 3 times a week and things are quite regular for me. You can mix 1 teaspoon of chia seeds into anything you're about to eat and help solve your regularity problem.2 -

Regardless, if you are worried - it's always better to go see a doctor than rely on non-professional advice from the internet0 -

So typically i break my fast at 1130am with a bit of chicken and lettuce. At around 5pm i eat my postworkout meal aka my big meal. After that, at like 710pm i eat a small dinner and fast at 730 again. So around 3pm to 5pm i workout and after my workout im all skinny about 157(lowest) but after my postworkout and dinner meals, im always arojnd 165 or 166 or 167 pounds. Thats been going on for quite a while now. And i make sure these are all at least somewhat of a deficit. My postworkout meal is around 500calories and dinner around 500 and some fruit for 100 calories. And in the morning im always either like 160-162. I do remember seeing a 158 but that only lasted on day. Is it just undigested food and water? Because if it is i wanted to know a fast way to digest food more. Thanks!!
Your BMI is already at 23.3.
If you aren't happy with your appearance, then you should look at recomp, not weight loss, especially the amounts of weight loss you're trying to achieve. If you are trying to build muscle, you are going to have to eat enough to support that and that isn't going to happen in the deficits you are attempting to create. You've been given great advice in every thread you've started. Consider following some of it.

As you've been told in all of your threads...
You will not lose weight in a consistent straight line. Stuff like water weight fluctuations and varying digestion times are natural and normal and will affect scale weight. You do not need to micro manage the foods you eat.
If you're concerned that you are eating a lot of fiber and not pooping enough, make sure you are not eating too low fat. Since you have changed your way of eating a lot in the last month or so, it may take some time for your digestive system to readjust. If you are still concerned, get a physical.6 -

Where on earth did you get the idea that of your 160 lbs., 10 - 20 lbs. of it is poop?? You would be having emergency surgery long, long before you got to that state. I have chronic constipation and don't go for days and trust me, there's no possibility you could build up anything near that amount before medical intervention would be required.
I understand you have an anxiety disorder (I have one myself and feel for you). Right now you're fixating on your weight, and are hyper-aware of every nuance of every aspect of your diet, activity and physical state. I could say that you need to relax and trust the process, but I get that's not an option for you in this state. Instead I'll suggest that you check in with your doctor, and see if you can get a referral to a counselor - sometimes talking these things out in one or two visits can help us get a little perspective on the things that are stressing us out, so that we can be a little less anxious and worried about things that are perfectly normal fluctuations in our lives.7 -

10 to 20 lbs of retained poop?
Or are you hoping that once that 'passes' you'll finally be at your goal weight and that this is the only thing standing (or sitting) in the way of that?

You and your body needs a healthy balance of nutrition and calorie intake. You can find the right balance of calorie intake when losing weight. However you keep upsetting that balance by changing things too much and too often.
You are not retaining upwards of 20 pounds poop/waste in your body. I am deeply concerned how you reach such high levels of anxiety and constant worry and it spreads deeper each thread your create.
If after today you still have poop issues, make an appointment with your doctor. And while you say over stressing is just your thing, this is not healthy, I imagine that if you are like this over your weight/diet/exercise your are like this in most other aspects of your life. Being in a constant state of stress is not healthy for us does and it does have an impact on our body psychically than you realize. See your doctor about this as well.6
