Here is my progress for a month. (Sorry about the censoring!!:laugh: ) I'm still about 25 lbs from where I want to be, but I'm glad I'm seeing changes.

Thank you so much everyone! This makes me just want to push even harder to lose. As for workouts, I've been doing Jillian Michaels DVDs at least 4 days a week, though realistically I want to be doing them 5-6 days a week. I've got:
-Ripped in 30 Days
-6 Week 6 Pack
-30 Day Shred
-Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism
-No More Trouble Zones
I haven't done any of the 30 Day videos for 30 days straight because I get bored really easilyThe difference is fantastic........what exercise have you been doing?0 -

My base cals are 1350. I burn anywhere from 300-600 cals, depending on how hard I work out. I try to net around 1200-1500 a day0 -
Great work !! And do u just eat whatever ad long as u stay under your calorie goal
