Does anyone know how to count calories for air fried food?

Add the amount of oil you put with the fryer separately, for example
1 teaspoon of coconut oil , or what ever oil you use, beats hiding it0 -
I do as baker834 said and I use grilled or baked when I look up foods in the data base.0

I estimate the amount of oil I use and then just add it to the calories frim the food I put in the air fryer. I use olive oil and my husband bought a spray bottle that you fill yourself. I figure the light spray I use isn't more than .25 to .5 of a teaspoon per serving. So I guess and move on.0
