So close! To improve on what is already great process in April, my boyfriend bought us a kitchen scale, I'm going to order a better Fitbit (Charge -> Versa) so I'll have it by May. I'm also hoping to walk more as the weather improves and begin working back to working out 4-5 times a week. Im going to try to stick to my original weight goal for April, but if I don't quite get there I'll adjust my goal in May.

So I fell off the wagon. I've decided to try not to let it prevent me from continuing and trying harder. My original weight loss was very linear and consistent (65lb!) and its given me a false sense of security. It worked last time cause I tracked like nuts and learned to work in consistent workouts. Ahh. Here's hoping.

GW 130 - my goal weight not my doctor's - he wants me to stop at 150 on his office scale (which has me 5 lbs heavier than home) - does not me to be "a skeleton with skin spread across it" (his accurate words!) - so goal will be 145 - YUCK!
